- Data derived from other data (AI scoring output including intent scores, summaries, and suggested replies)
Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information collected from other sources
In Short: We may collect limited data from social media platforms and other outside sources.
We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as social media platforms (Google OAuth), messaging platforms (Slack), and email services (SendGrid) to provide our lead scoring and analysis services.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, including:
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to users
- To process and analyze inbound messages using artificial intelligence for lead scoring and response generation
- To fulfill and manage user orders and subscriptions
- To send administrative information to users (weekly summaries, lead reminders)
- To protect our Services
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support
- To comply with our legal obligations

- AI Processing: Anthropic (Claude) — for analyzing and scoring inbound messages
- Payment Processing: Stripe — for handling subscription payments
- Authentication: Google Sign-In — for account registration and login
- Messaging Platform: Slack — for ingesting and processing lead messages
- Email Delivery: SendGrid — for sending emails and processing inbound emails
- Database & Data Storage: Supabase — for storing application data
- Rate Limiting: Upstash — for API rate limiting
- Application Hosting: Vercel — for hosting and serving the application
4. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
Our core service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze inbound messages from Slack and email. The AI processes message content to generate intent scores, deal assessments, summary bullets, suggested replies, and response priority recommendations. Message content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
We offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. When you do so, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information solely to create and manage your account on our Services.
6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
